My Chef Catering was founded in 1989 by Bill and Karen Garlough. We began as a gourmet deli and kitchen, catering simple social events and corporate breakfasts and luncheons. Thanks to years of delivering excellent quality and exceptional service, we have grown into one of the largest and most respected caterers in the Chicago suburbs.
Bill and Karen retired in 2016 and My Chef was purchased by three employees who had managed their respective departments for many years. My Chef is now owned and operated by Megan Rousonelos, Dominick Scafidi, and Mark Walter.
